Freshness Commitment
Our floral designs are handcrafted with premium stems. If your arrangement arrives damaged or fails to meet expectations, please contact Bondstrendingan within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
- Provide your order number, delivery date, and clear photos of the arrangement.
- Keep the bouquet in the original packaging until we confirm next steps.
- Once verified, we may offer a replacement arrangement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the circumstance.
Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis because each design is custom-made and perishable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom installations, wedding florals, and event services are non-refundable once delivered or completed. Deposits for large events are also non-refundable after design work begins, as materials are sourced specifically for your brief.
Order Changes and Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Requests received after this window may incur restocking fees or be ineligible for cancellation if design work has started.
Return Process
- Email or call us with your concern within 24 hours of receiving the arrangement.
- Share supporting photos and describe the issue so we can investigate.
- We will provide instructions for pickup, replacement, or credit once the claim is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
